Good for my small site

Decent value, room for improvement

I signed up for a Managed VPS Hosting plan with InMotion Hosting a few months back. The performance has been pretty solid for the price, and I appreciate the NVMe hosting. Support was helpful when I had a question about setting up a specific software, they responded within an hour or so, which is good. The free website migration service was a big plus, saved me a lot of hassle. My only small gripe is the initial setup felt a little less intuitive than I expected for a managed service, and I had to poke around a bit to find certain settings in cPanel. But once it was running, it's been stable. I'd consider them again, especially if they smooth out the onboarding experience a bit more.

Pretty sure most of their 'new customer' deals are site-wide. You usually see the percentage off for the first billing cycle on both shared and managed stuff, maybe even VPS. Check their homepage banners, usually pretty clear.

I've used both for different projects. SiteGround can be faster for really small sites but InMotion's shared plans, especially their business ones, are pretty solid for e-commerce. You get more resources than most entry-level shared plans from others.

Yeah, they totally do. I think it's like 90 days for most of their plans, which is way better than a lot of other hosts. Gives you plenty of time to test things out.

Yep, 90 days for shared and VPS, I think. Dedicated servers might be shorter, like 30 days, but definitely a solid refund policy.
